After outgrowing their offices near Carnegie Hall, Dattner Architects leased a new, full-floor space on Broadway a few blocks south of Times Square. The new spaces maximizes natural daylight and collaboration, with windows on three sides and a main circulation space that can be used for project pin-ups. Spaces for informal project meetings are scattered throughout the space, and the project is LEED Certified.

Project responsibilities included assisting firm leadership in selecting a new space, creating test fits for various locations, and schematic design of the new office once a location had been selected.
